Eastlink dispatches an STK Push payment prompt securely through Safaricom's M-Pesa API — directly to the customer's phone.
Customer Enters M-Pesa PIN
The customer receives the official Safaricom pop-up on their phone and enters their M-Pesa PIN. No cashier involvement needed.
Instant Dashboard Confirmation
Eastlink receives the real-time transaction result from M-Pesa, updates the dashboard, and alerts the cashier with the receipt code.
